FRP SBC Toilets are gaining immense popularity over other
contemporary sanitation systems. These types of toilets can be used under
varied conditions like when there is no access to sever lines or limited
access to water. Very easy to install, our manufactured FRP SBC Toilets are
used as permanent or temporary installations. It can be easily knocked down,
transported and reassembled at site.
How it works?
- SBC Toilets works on the principle of Forced Aeration
- Connected directly to the septic tank below through the toilet sink
- The septic tank is equipped with air pipes, which are extended to the
roof top of the toilet
- The air pipes, used for exhaust purposes are equipped with a wind fan
and a solar ventilator
- The wind fan and solar ventilator work according to the air flow and
sunlight respectively
- Both function to exhaust air into the atmosphere thereby creating a
vacuum
- To fill this vacuum, air will be forced to enter through the toilet
hole and through the drainage hole into the septic tank
- This results in decomposition of waste, however due to constant air
flow; the fermented odor does not come back through the toilet sink. The
heat generated in the process helps to evaporates water
- This along with the vacuum generated by the wind fan and the solar
ventilator forces the fermented air to move through the air pipe into
the atmospherer
- The decomposed waste settles at the bottom of the tank, which can be
cleaned from time to time
Advantages :
- No water required for flushing
